- We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan through trusted courier partners, including Leopard, TCS, M&P, Trax, and Pakistan Post.
- The courier service is selected by our team based on performance and service reliability in your destination city to ensure timely and secure delivery of your order.
Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- During sale periods or high order volume, processing may take longer.
Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities/areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery time may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are Rs. 150 nationwide.
- If you order multiple products, the shipping fee is applied only once per order.
- Enjoy free delivery on all orders of Rs. 1,500 and above.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan for your convenience.
- You can open and check your parcel at the time of delivery before making the payment, ensuring complete confidence in your purchase.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

- If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- If the address or phone number provided is incorrect, delivery may fail and additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
- If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, the parcel may be returned to us.
Damaged Parcel / Missing Items
Please check your parcel at the time of delivery (where possible). If the parcel is damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video and your order number.
