Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (you can change this rule as needed).
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened personal care products) may not be eligible for return.
Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items
If you received a damaged product, wrong item, or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened/used items
- Products with broken seals (where applicable)
- Sale/discounted items (optional — remove if not applicable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refund Process
- Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
- Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method where possible. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Processing time can take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider/bank.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, return shipping instructions will be shared. Shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will follow the return/refund process.
